INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USAGE
America Is Better collects two types of information: optional and/or voluntary information that users provide; and information that is automatically recorded in a standard, web server log file each time a page request is made.
Optional and/or voluntary information that you provide (such as your name, address, email, phone number or credit/debit card) is collected when you take action on a campaign, donation, signup or other page created within our system. This information belongs to America Is Better, and is not used by America Is Better for any purposes other than direct communication and aggregate statistics.
America Is Better sends a variety of updates, alerts, releases, and other communications to persons who sign up for them on our Web site, who take other action on our Web site such as respond to an action, or who contact us directly. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we always present the option to unsubscribe from our communications.
America Is Better will not share with a third party any personally identifiable information gathered from pages created in our system without the express consent of users.
We do NOT collect personally identifying information that users divulge about other people, such as the information provided in our tell-a-friend feature.

Access to personal data is restricted within the organization and within the company hosting our databases, and all employees are aware that personal data is private.
